Manager Development Program

This program is based out of our Rosemont, IL corporate office, and candidates must be able to live locally during the training period. Upon successful completion of the program, the individual hired will be expected to relocate to manage one of our new or existing offices within the Midwest region located in Iowa, Michigan, Indiana or Wisconsin. We are unable to consider applicants who cannot relocate at the end of the program.

Our 12-18 month program offers an immersive experience designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a leadership role in a new market location. You'll rotate through key departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service, gaining a 360-degree view of our business. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared to take on a managerial position at one of our new or existing locations.

• Hands-On Rotations: Experience every facet of our business as you rotate through key departments—Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service. Gain invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of how each area contributes to our success.

• Leadership Preparation: Get ready to step into a managerial role with confidence. You'll be trained and mentored to take charge of a new or existing Feldco location, with relocation opportunities within 12-18 months.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• At least two years of proven leadership & Management experience.
• A passion for leading teams and delighting customers.
• Flexibility to relocate within 18 months.
• Preferred:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.

Job Information:

• Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 Hour Lunch
• Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018
• Pay Range: $60,000-80,000
