This position allows you to work remotely, connecting with clients through a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop accurate diagnoses for patients, leveraging your expertise in mental health.

• Monitor patient adherence to treatment plans, addressing medication compliance where necessary, and discussing potential side effects and their management in relation to psychiatric medications.

• Work collaboratively within a team environment, facilitating seamless communication with coworkers and external service providers to create a holistic approach to patient treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
