- Sales Account ManagerBlue star cleaning servicesBe an Early ApplicantFull TimemidAlexandria, Virginia, US$35k – $50kPosted Today## Job DescriptionSales Account Manager (Bilingual English / Spanish) Location: Fairfax, Virginia Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout Blue Star Cleaning ServicesBlue Star Cleaning Services, Inc. is a leading commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company serving Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. for over 20 years.We specialize in providing professional cleaning and maintenance solutions for multifamily communities, commercial office buildings, retail centers, educational facilities, medical offices, warehouses, and mixed-use properties.Our Services Include: Commercial Janitorial Services Day Porter Services Carpet Cleaning Programs Window Cleaning Pressure Washing Parking Garage Cleaning Post-Construction Cleaning Specialty Facility Maintenance Projects mission is to help clients maintain clean, safe, and professional environments while delivering exceptional customer service and long-term value.Position OverviewBlue Star Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.The ideal candidate will be comfortable networking with Property Managers, Regional Managers, Facility Directors, Building Engineers, Business Owners, and Commercial Real Estate professionals.Key Responsibilities* Identify and develop new commercial cleaning opportunities.* Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, networking activities, and property visits.* Schedule meetings and property walkthroughs with prospective clients.* Build and maintain relationships with Property Management Companies and Facility Managers.* Generate leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.* Coordinate site visits and proposal requests.* Follow up on proposals and negotiate service agreements.* Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.* Assist with contract renewals and upselling additional services.* Represent Blue Star Cleaning Services at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.* Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.QualificationsRequired* Bilingual (English & Spanish)* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities* Professional appearance and demeanor* Self-motivated and goal-oriented* Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts* Reliable transportation for local travel* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems### Preferred* Experience in Commercial Cleaning, Property Management, Multifamily Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, or B2B Sales* Previous account management or business development experience* Existing network within the commercial real estate or property management industryCompensation & BenefitsCompensation* Competitive Base Salary* Uncapped Commission Structure* Performance-Based Bonuses### Benefits* Company Cell Phone* Fuel Allowance* Mileage Reimbursement* Uniform Program* Paid Vacation Time* Professional Development & Sales Training* Career Growth OpportunitiesWhy Join Blue Star Cleaning Services?
