That's why we're building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place. Your Mission Own every way Engine grows through others. You'll sign and activate channel and referral partners who put Engine Travel, Engine X, and Engine Groups in front of their members; deepen the supply relationships with hotels, airlines, and car rental partners that power our rates and Partner Hub; and drive API and TMC distribution that embeds Engine into the platforms serving their own users. What You'll Own Help grow channel and referral partnerships. Target, sign, and activate partners such as trade associations, industry groups, affinity organizations, and benefits platforms across Engine Travel, Engine X, and Engine Groups. Drive member adoption and growing spend inside each partner. Engine X distribution. Scale our Engine X channel partner program into a meaningful driver of card adoption and spend, converting both new and existing partners. API and platform distribution. Grow our API product by embedding Engine's travel inventory into TMCs, booking tools, and software platforms that offer travel to their own user bases, and drive adoption of our online booking tool with TMC partners. Supply partnerships. Grow and deepen our relationships with hotels, airlines, and car rental partners, expanding those relationships and driving engagement with our Partner Hub product. Team and go-to-market. Lead and develop the partnerships team and its marketing arm. Build the playbooks, enablement, tiering, and systems that let the function scale efficiently as the partner base grows. How We'll Measure Success You’ll be measured on the growth you drive through partners such as new business and booking volume flowing through partners, Engine X adoption and spend across the channel, and deeper, higher-value relationships across our supply base. What You’ll Bring Extensive partnerships, business development, or channel leadership experience in B2B, ideally across travel, fintech, or SaaS. A track record of building and scaling referral or channel programs and closing complex, high-value partnerships. Experience with API, embedded, or platform distribution is a strong plus. Comfort owning revenue targets and building the team, enablement, and systems to hit them. Strong commercial instincts, hands‑on, and high-agency, with the ability to move fast across many partner types at once. A people leader who can build and develop a team spanning business development and partner marketing. An excellent communicator who can win trust with senior partners and represent Engine's brand well. We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis. Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process. Base Pay Range

$173,400-$240,000 USD
