Director of Revenue & Distribution

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue across multiple properties. Manage rate and inventory controls using IHG and Hilton brand systems ensuring compliance and excellence. Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide detailed forecasts and market analysis to leadership and property teams. Optimize electronic distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms to maximize profitability and reduce costs. Partner with sales and marketing to align rate strategy and demand insights, supporting campaigns and group pricing. Standardize and mentor on revenue management best practices across the portfolio. Required Qualifications IHG and Hilton revenue management certifications with proficiency in respective systems (Concerto, GRO, OnQ R&I). 3+ years of multi-property or corporate-level hotel revenue management experience. Strong knowledge of OTA contracting, GDS, metasearch, and direct channel optimization. Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets and reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills for briefing senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
