Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address individual client needs, focusing on pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Prepare behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans while employing collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to consistently engage and assess clients effectively throughout their therapy journey.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, ensuring integrated support for clients.
\n
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of the organization while enhancing service quality.

• Promote the organization's mission and values through active participation in community outreach and professional events.
\n
• Continuously pursue personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC license issued by the state of New York is mandatory.

• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and generate related documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey ideas effectively.

• Proficient in exercising independent judgment and making informed decisions in clinical settings.

• Experience working effectively in an interdisciplinary team, exhibiting a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Experience\n

• Background in telehealth services or remote counseling is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
