Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical condition by reviewing their medical history, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings while determining their physical therapy needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring collaborative goal setting that aligns with the patient's personal recovery objectives.
• Implement treatment protocols that are tailored to individual patient presentations and continuously adapt interventions based on patient progress and evolving healthcare standards.
• Partner with other healthcare professionals as necessary to enhance patient care, including recognizing when changes in a patient's condition warrant modification of treatment plans or referral to other specialists.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, ensuring that patients understand their future care needs and that all documentation reflects a comprehensive outline of their treatment journey.
• Exercise strong time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule and punctuality for all professional commitments.
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives to promote our services within the community, enhancing access to care for those in need.
• Engage in ongoing education and training for professional growth, while mentoring students or new staff as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse group of patients requiring rehabilitation due to injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Earned a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
