Program Manager - Immigration

Job Summary Position: Immigration Program Manager. Reports to Senior Manager, Legal Projects, Labor & Employment and Immigration. Responsibilities Lead the Immigration Program, overseeing key functions such as Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, Issue Management, and Case Processing. Cooperate with foreign national employees, hiring managers, external counsel, and federal/state agencies to ensure timely and accurate visa filings and compliance with US immigration regulations. Develop and execute immigration training, communications, program documentation, benchmarking and best practices. Assess internal immigration policy needs, balance corporate policy with legal liability, and communicate policies to stakeholders. Maintain public access files, conduct legal research, and perform risk identification and mitigation. Use interactive databases and Microsoft Office Suite to monitor cases and ensure lawful work status. Coordinate and conduct training sessions for HR, peers, managers, and foreign nationals on immigration topics. Qualifications 3+ years of immigration‑related experience as a paralegal or related role. Excellent written communication skills (writing samples will be requested). Ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently, drive projects to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. High personal and professional integrity, detail‑oriented. Collaborative mindset with strong cross‑functional relationship management. Public speaking and presentation skills and ability to develop engaging presentations. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Paralegal certification from an ABA accredited school or 5 years of directly relevant immigration experience required. Other Requirements Minimum 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel & Other Details Travel Required: Yes. DOT Regulated Position: No. Safety Sensitive Position: No. Base Pay Range: $63,800 – $115,100. Bonus target: 10% of base pay.
