About the role: We're looking for a strategic project lead to partner directly with the CEO to shape and scale the company's core function: recruiting. You will work with our largest customers to understand and solve their needs. You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.

You will:
- Coordinate the delivery of our highest-value projects to customers worth millions of dollars.
- Work with the CEO to drive important business decisions
- Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
- Ensure execution under demanding timelines
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities; proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
- Excited by "gritty" process optimization and large-scale execution.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, meaningful equity vested over four years, $10K relocation bonus (for moving to the Bay Area), and an additional $5k housing bonus (if you move within 0.5 miles of our office), Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match
