As a General Production Worker, you will:

? Assemble electronic switches using hand tools and assembly equipment

? Handle and position small electronic components with accuracy and precision

? Gather and organize materials needed for production tasks

? Work independently at your designated workstation

? Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday

? Perform quality checks and maintain high production standards

? Follow detailed assembly instructions and manufacturing procedures

?? Essential Skills

?? Electronic Assembly Experience

?? Soldering Knowledge or Experience

?? Ability to Use Hand & Power Tools

?? Excellent Hand-Eye Coordination

?? Strong Attention to Detail

?? Good Manual Dexterity with Small Parts

? Bonus Qualifications

??? Solder Certification (Highly Preferred)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Grange, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr.
