Happy Body Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Highland Park, New Jersey. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with an exceptional benefits package. Work Environment

This position will be based onsite, primarily in the homes of our patients throughout Highland Park and surrounding areas. The flexible work schedule allows you to choose your hours within a Monday to Friday framework, aiming to accommodate both your personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient conditions and symptoms, gathering vital information that informs individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose issues related to movement dysfunction and establish effective treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Teach patients effective therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they understand proper methodology to optimize recovery.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including stimulation and massage, to facilitate healing and enhance recovery outcomes.
• Assist patients with mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring safety and comfort during daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking goals and progress meticulously to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide guidance and educational support to patients and their families on in-home treatment options and ongoing exercises, empowering them to participate in their own recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Happy Body Therapy serves a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors dealing with various physical challenges, from recovery post-surgery to managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective patient interaction and collaboration with team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain documentation and communicate effectively.
• A flexible and agile approach to patient care, adapting to the varying needs of a home care setting.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in the physical therapy field, preferably in home care or outpatient settings.
