Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, providing empathetic support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and monitor comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Assume responsibility for accurate and timely documentation of clinical progress, ensuring that progress notes reflect the patient's advancements in achieving their treatment goals.

• Orient new patients and their families to the mental health care process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
\n
• Advocate for patients in accessing additional resources and services, facilitating a well-rounded support system.
\n
• Maintain awareness of the treatment goals for each assigned patient and contribute insights that enhance care delivery.

• Respond promptly and effectively to patient emergencies, utilizing your clinical skills to ensure safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Our client-centered approach emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and promote healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and valid license issued by the state board as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory. Note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health or clinical settings is required.
\n
• Strong ability to conduct professional evaluations, make informed decisions, and implement effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding through communication.
\n
• Proficient in using digital platforms and electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and effective remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
