Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support organizational growth objectives. Elevate brand positioning, messaging, and market visibility across all channels. Translate business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and conversion. Demand Generation & Audience Growth Lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, web, and content platforms. Manage initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and audience expansion. Utilize performance insights and market intelligence to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer experience. Content & Communications Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing assets including website content, presentations, sales materials, thought leadership, and digital campaigns. Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer‑facing communications. Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance content production, research, and creative execution. Marketing Operations & Analytics Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that measure marketing impact. Evaluate marketing technologies, automation platforms, and processes to improve efficiency and performance. Present data‑driven recommendations to executive leadership. Cross‑Functional Partnership Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and external partners to support organizational goals. Required Skills 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience across brand, digital marketing, content, campaigns, and audience development. Demonstrated success creating and executing integrated marketing strategies with measurable business outcomes. Retail Banking Experience Strong understanding of modern marketing technology, analytics, and AI‑enabled workflows. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
