Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver exceptional care to clients from the comfort of your home while enjoying a flexible work schedule. Initially, you will work typical office hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to facilitate effective communication and engagement with clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans for each client.

• Apply various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to discuss cases and share best practices, enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to support their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and the ability to apply them in a personalized manner.
