The strategy will include clear revenue targets, donor segmentation, messaging guidance, and an implementation timeline. 12–18 month fundraising strategy with measurable goals Diversified revenue plan (grants, individual donors, corporate sponsorships, events, earned income if applicable) Donor cultivation and stewardship framework Key messaging for fundraising appeals Fundraising calendar with timelines and responsibilities Metrics to track fundraising performance and growth Lead the project by coordinating communication, scheduling, and information sharing with a dedicated volunteer team. Collaborate with leadership to define deliverables, timelines, and decision‑making processes, and provide timely feedback throughout the engagement.
