Work Environment

This position will primarily be onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in both aquatic and land therapy settings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and limitations, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and aquatic therapy sessions, to enhance patient mobility and strength.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and recovery techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.
• Collaboratively work with other healthcare team members, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to ensure holistic care for every patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress for ongoing quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those managing sports-related injuries, and patients experiencing chronic pain or lower-level neurological problems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
