Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, encouraging self-awareness and personal growth.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat or face-to-face, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Actively advocate for clients, helping them set and achieve realistic goals while navigating their mental health challenges.

• Remain up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling, integrating new techniques and methodologies into your practice as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with minimal administrative burden.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base primarily consists of stable adults who exhibit low-acuity mental health concerns. All clients undergo a thorough pre-screening process, which ensures that you will not be working with severe mental health cases. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess a current and valid license to practice independently as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, particularly in developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• We provide a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 based on your experience and the hours you work.
