Office Manager

Salary: USD27 - USD35 per hour Responsibilities While the role does require some payroll processing (30%), it is primarily an office manager role (70%). Process weekly and biweekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees. Manage employee timekeeping and ensure accurate payroll records. Utilize ADP for payroll processing and reporting. Perform a variety of office management and administrative duties. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and employees. Provide a professional and welcoming front office presence and cover reception responsibilities. Support daily office operations and employee needs. Experience managing employee timekeeping systems. Strong office management and administrative background. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to greet and assist guests and employees. Qualifications Experience in payroll processing and office management. Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
