Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of students, enabling you to craft tailored treatment plans. These plans will incorporate evidence-based practices and focus on solution-oriented interventions aimed at promoting mental wellness.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in developing coping skills and resilience. Your compassionate presence will guide students through their recovery processes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA standards and other regulations, ensuring full confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with an integrated team of mental health professionals, psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators to create holistic care strategies for students.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
