Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both remotely and in school settings, addressing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, following evidence-based practices to determine client needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including educators, mental health professionals, and family members to create comprehensive care plans that ensure continuity of care.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to support clients in achieving their individual goals.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts as needed, providing immediate support during emergencies while adhering to ethical guidelines and protocols.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

• Prepare accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Assist with outreach initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health services within schools and the broader community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to support school-aged children and adolescents facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current and valid LICSW license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience.
