I earned my bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where I was trained as a law enforcement officer in the National Guard. Giving back is important to me, and I'm an active member of the Chanhassen Rotary Club, supporting charitable efforts both locally and globally. I also volunteer my time coaching youth sports in the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeremy Senn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
