General Clerk I

Virtual Vocations Inc

Performing a variety of clerical duties, the full-time General Clerk I will manage data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks while working remotely. Key responsibilities Gather, compile, and verify information for data entry and reporting Follow detailed procedures for repetitive clerical tasks, including operating basic office equipment Assist with administrative matters such as verifying reports and handling customer service inquiries Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Less than one year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Adeptness at learning new technologies for data management Strong time-management and organizational skills
