Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, providing both individual and couple counseling to clients across various age groups.

• Maintain comprehensive, timely records and documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policy and best practices.

• Efficiently schedule ongoing appointments with clients, manage your calendar, and coordinate necessary follow-ups.
\n
• Utilize our billing service for claims processing, assisting colleagues with client insurance accounts and payment plans.
\n
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with a wide range of clinical presentations, adjusting therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will be focused on serving a diverse client population, primarily composed of school-aged children, teenagers, and their families. Your work will significantly impact their mental health and emotional well-being, guiding them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. Through building strong therapeutic relationships, you'll help clients develop coping strategies and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Possess an active LCSW license to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits:
