Ethos is seeking an HR/Payroll Manager to lead compliance, payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding and HR systems across home health, home care and hospice operations. The role requires at least 3 years of progressive HR experience with payroll and benefits administration, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with ADP and MS Office.
