Do you want to treat athletes one-on-one, use objective performance testing, and help build a growing sports rehabilitation program in the Bay Area? Saratoga Orthopedic Sports Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Saratoga, California. SOST is a boutique, out-of-network physical therapy practice built around individualized care, clinical autonomy, objective testing, and high-level orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. We are not a high-volume clinic. Our physical therapists have the time, space, and technology to understand each patient’s goals, identify the factors limiting their recovery or performance, and build a complete plan from rehabilitation through return to sport and activity. Our clinic includes a large rehabilitation gym and access to technology and equipment such as: Dual force plates Hand-held dynamometry AlterG anti-gravity treadmill Blood-flow restriction training Extracorporeal shockwave therapy BlazePods and neurocognitive training Strength, power, and return-to-sport testing equipment We also partner with local sports clubs and teams , creating opportunities to work with athletes, families, and coaches through rehabilitation, injury-prevention education, performance testing, community workshops, and on-site events. Experience working with athletes or participating in sports through playing, coaching, rehabilitation, or performance training is valuable, but no specific sport background is required. We are looking for a physical therapist who: Holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Is licensed or eligible for licensure in California Has strong orthopedic and sports rehabilitation skills Values evidence-informed, one-on-one patient care Is comfortable treating active adults and athletes across the rehabilitation continuum Communicates effectively with patients, families, coaches, and referral partners Takes ownership and wants to help build programs—not simply fill a schedule Has a genuine interest in sports rehabilitation, performance, and return-to-sport care OCS, SCS, CSCS, orthopedic or sports residency training, and return-to-sport experience are valued, but not required.
