Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting and positive therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, taking into consideration individual circumstances and histories.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient-specific needs, adjusting approaches as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting communication and fostering social connections among participants.

• Continually assess patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to ensure the effectiveness of interventions, integrating feedback from patients and caregivers.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to additional specialists when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseloads effectively and complete administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
