Employee loyalty with many of our employees have been with us for 10+ years 401K with profit sharing Health and Dental benefits Flexible Spending account offered Holiday parties Monthly in office events Spirit Days Project Coordinator Experience 2-5 years of experience in a window / door installation environment preferred but not necessary Reports to The Purchasing Manager General Responsibility The Project Coordinator purchases materials and works with Salespeople and Customers to meet all customer needs Key Tasks and Responsibilities The Project Coordinator works with Sales Team and Re-measure Department on all contracts to verify completeness & accuracy of product availability Work with various city/villages on all permitting needs Regular computer use to both order and keep job status up to date Collate & submit purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies using various means Keep in regular contact with customers in regards to lead times via phone and email Interact with the suppliers on a daily basis Review deliveries against the orders The Project Coordinator tracks the status of all orders Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods Submit financing information for customers Attend weekly production meetings Code invoices and enter in accounting software for job costing Skills and Attributes Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative Able to meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative Excellent service skills to satisfy customer concerns Tenacity Ability to work both independently and with others Project Coordinator Time Requirement 40 hours per week with potential for overtime, availability Monday thru Friday and one Saturday/month We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Door & Window
