Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique situations and challenges, utilizing them to inform the development of individualized, strengths-based treatment plans.

  Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to clients, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions.

  Facilitate coordinated care efforts by working effectively with interdisciplinary teams. This includes communicating with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are implemented.

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to Medi-Cal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect the scope and quality of care provided.

  Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

  Engage in advocacy efforts and provide crisis intervention support, empowering clients to find their voices and navigate their social systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including trauma survivors, youth, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and marginalized groups. This position allows clinicians to lean into their specific interests and expertise, tailoring their caseload to align with their clinical passions while ensuring that all clients receive trauma-informed and culturally competent care.
