Human Resources Representative

Human Resources InternHuman Resources intern will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, business partner, compensation and benefits compliance, and HR systems. Intern will assist with recruitment initiatives including updating requisitions, routing candidates, communicating with candidates, assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, and planning onsite recruitment events and career fairs. Intern will assist with job description updates, data analysis and reporting, and other research or data analysis projects. Opportunities to assist with documenting processes, preparing data, and other special projects. Intern also will assist with HR front desk coverage as needed.Responsibilities:Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company informationPerform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents photocopy, fax, etc. as neededAssist in preparing information and research materialsTake notes and memos during meetingsType documents, drafts, and reports as well as create and maintain PowerPoint presentationsManage databases and input information, data, and records as well as update company calendarsRespond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emailsResearch and gather documentation on company position in industryAttend company functions and networking eventsShadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasksOther duties as assignedEducation:H.S.
