Occupational Therapist (OT)

We’re proud to deliver personalized care exactly where and when it’s needed most. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and productivity. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and facilitate referrals for additional patient needs. Adapt therapeutic programs to meet varied patient settings and requirements. Work under the direction of the Director of Rehab, maintaining professional standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy program (ACOTE). Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
