We are seeking a highly motivated Data and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will require you to manage complex data processes and operational workflows to support business objectives, while working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with data analysis, process improvement, navigating ambiguity and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate data handling and operational execution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data management processes and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with business units to identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and operational effectiveness.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and data utilization.
• Work with Data Custodians/Stewards and other roles to improve data quality, accessibility, and value for the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in working with large datasets, data analytics, ETL processing, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, data visualization tools).
• Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption and an ability to identify process & systems improvements & enhancements.
• Experience presenting to senior management and working with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
