Human Resources Administrative Assistant

$22 - $26 per hour

The Resource

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility to start earlier as needed to welcome new hires) Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping recruiting and onboarding processes running smoothly. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in the candidate experience by coordinating interviews, posting open positions, communicating with applicants, supporting onboarding activities, and serving as a liaison with staffing agencies. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities from job posting through onboarding Post open positions to various job boards and recruiting platforms Schedule interviews across multiple departments and manage calendar coordination Handle last-minute interview changes and scheduling adjustments Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and contingent workforce partners Assist with onboarding and management of temporary and contingent employees Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, applicant tracking information, and personnel databases Compile and distribute recruiting and HR-related reports Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and external partners Support recruiting initiatives, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and HR procedures Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge of recruiting processes and employment practices General understanding of labor and employment laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods Ability to stand for extended periods as needed Ability to walk throughout a manufacturing environment Ability to bend, stoop, and lift as needed Flexibility to work overtime when business needs require Additional Requirements Authorized to work for any employer in the United States Comfortable working in an onsite, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
