Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, applying tailored evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and intervention strategies, monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to establish well-rounded treatment plans aimed at improving client well-being.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring clients have access to timely support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
