Job Summary:

Safety is held to the highest regard. Adherence to the company health and safety procedures as they relate to the essential job functions. Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of production and plan equipment. Maintenance will perform regular machine, equipment, building, inspections and repairs. Maintenance will work on all requests for the various types of maintenance work assigned.

SCHEDULE:

2nd Shift | 2pm to 10pm | Monday to Friday

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

Level 3

1. Perform Maintenance Level 1-2 duties and responsibilities.
2. 2+ years of technical training and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent.
3. Detect, document, report and resolve equipment issues.
4. Ability to trouble shoot and repair equipment using both mechanical/electrical schematics and offer design improvements as necessary.
5. Can demonstrate competence and proficiency in standard mechanical and electrical tasks.
6. Support engineering in their projects by providing expert resource support.
7. Write up new PM procedures and administer these through our document control.

REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE :

1. Verbal and written communication in English.
2. Certified Forklift Driver.
3. Pass placement test (Level 4).
4. Understanding of press operation.
5. Understanding of quality requirement and of ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
6. Able to read and understand blueprints, diagrams and work instructions.
7. Knowledge of company policies, shop and safety rules.
8. HVAC and refrigerant systems a plus.
9. As required, ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lift cumbersome and or heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
