We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team at Marriage and Family Wellness Hub, located in beautiful New Castle, Colorado. This role is critical in providing therapeutic support and counseling to individuals, couples, and families within our detox center. The LCSW will play a vital part in promoting the well-being of our clients while contributing to a multidisciplinary approach toward integrated care.

Work Environment\n

This position provides a flexible work setting, allowing our LCSWs to serve clients remotely while adhering to a schedule of either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related factors affecting their well-being.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat various mental health issues within your scope of practice, including mood disorders, addiction, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that effectively address clients' social and emotional needs, coordinating care with other health professionals as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate interventions for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health concerns, providing crisis management support and connecting clients to community resources.
\n
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, acceptance, and mutual respect, allowing clients to feel safe and supported in their journeys.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of the treatment services provided and make necessary adjustments, documenting all findings in client records according to established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring case documentation is current and reflects the scope of services provided.
\n
• Deliver clinical counseling in individual, group, or family settings, adapting techniques to fit the needs of diverse populations.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing to team goals and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treatment center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, including those struggling with addiction, behavioral health challenges, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Your insights and therapy will be crucial in fostering healthier coping mechanisms and supporting clients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mental health or a related field is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior counseling experience with an emphasis on behavioral health, including treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, substance dependence, and family or marital relationships.

• Familiarity with integrated care models and best practices in therapeutic interventions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
