Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources to tailor individual treatment plans effectively.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and intervention strategies to track clients' progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and coordinated care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental wellness.

• Offer crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed, ensuring timely support for clients in distress.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards, and ensure all records are updated in compliance with state regulations.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience and providing additional resources for clients’ growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
