Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining professional interaction through virtual tools. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office in New Castle if face-to-face consultations are preferred. We believe in flexible scheduling that accommodates both our clients' needs and your own work-life balance, with the possibility of evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create and maintain personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and establishing safety plans to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of treatment sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards to support client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among clients.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
