Work Environment\n

As a fully remote role, this position allows for flexibility in your schedule while primarily engaging with clients through telehealth sessions. In addition to remote consultations, you will occasionally have the opportunity to meet clients in our outpatient office, where appropriate. You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for new clients to establish a clear understanding of their mental health challenges and therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to address specific client issues, including but not limited to relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family-related conflicts.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring evidence-backed practices to foster client growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n
