HR Specialist

Responsibilities Set the procedure and policy for recruiting, promoting, and firing to enhance business interest of our company under the federal and state employment and labor laws such as Title VII Civil Right Act of 1964, Americans with Disability Act, Family and Medical Leave Act; Set the training program to employees regarding sexual harassment & discrimination; Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward business goal while introducing job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits; Administer compensation, promotion and performance review systems to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements; Investigate the allegation of harassment, discrimination, employee disputes, grievances and other sensitive issues and liaison with management; Prepare employee handbook under the federal and state employment and labor law. Qualifications Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mane Concept, Inc.
