This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain extensive back office experience! 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!What's In It For YouGain experience in a fast-paced environmentBack Office experienceExtensive training program with opportunity for growthRequirementsBilingual in SpanishMA diploma1 YEAR OF BACK OFFICE EXPERIENCEJob DescriptionPerform high-volume phlebotomy, finger sticks, urine collection, and specimen processingProvide pre- and post-test, client-centered HIV counselingConduct HIV/STD risk assessments and prevention educationAdminister IM/SQ injections per providers ordersTake vitals, room patients, and prepare chartsMaintain monthly equipment logs (Glucometer, Hemocue, refrigerators)Support linkage to HIV primary care for newly diagnosed or disengaged patientsSupport referral submission and trackingAssist with patient discharge and follow-up instructionsMaintain accurate documentation per funder and Quality Management requirementsWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Los Angeles, CA.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch).Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
