Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders and personalize treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies and interventions that address the unique challenges faced by individuals dealing with addiction and mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on addressing emotional and behavioral concerns, offering clients tools and strategies to navigate their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and sustained growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to provide comprehensive care tailored for each client's journey.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health concepts, addiction recovery principles, and the importance of maintaining a supportive home environment.

• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping of client interactions, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout all documentation processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients vary widely, encompassing individuals grappling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will engage with a diverse demographic, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual to provide empathetic and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least three years of recent experience in the mental health field, with a focus on addiction recovery and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
