Resident Benefit Coordinator Company: The Arc Ontario Salary: $23.58 - $25.11 Position Overview: The Resident Benefit Coordinator oversees all aspects of resident financial benefits, ensuring compliance with representative payee responsibilities, including banking, reporting, and regulatory requirements. This role manages rent calculations, personal allowances, and SNAP transfers, while maintaining residents' eligibility for Social Security and Medicaid through accurate reporting and recertifications. The Coordinator conducts monthly cash audits, monitors resident funds, and serves as the primary liaison with the Social Security Administration. Additionally, the position supports staff training on client fund procedures, assists with financial inquiries, contributes to process improvements, and provides backup support for purchasing and accounting functions.
