Although your level of guest interaction is minimal, it is still important that you coordinate and communicate with the kitchen and other members of the team to ensure that the experience a guest receives goes above and beyond their expectations./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliEnsure that kitchen is properly cleaned and set up before, during and after each shift./liliAssist Food Servers, Chefs and Managers in accommodating guest needs and requests./liliEnsures that all kitchen station supply stock is maintained to par levels./liliTreats guests with courtesy and respect./liliIs at all times appropriately groomed and wears the uniform provided./liliDeliver all foods in the kitchen to the guests in dining room./liliDescribe the main components of a dish upon delivery./liliHave complete knowledge of products and specifications./liliAssist the Front and Back servers in keeping the beverage and condiment stations supplied in condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc./liliReplenish bread, butter, water, coffee and tea as needed during the meal./liliAble to expedite food line and use of Micros System./liliAble to process guest payments and ring up food orders./liliAdjust dining room tables./liliAble to work in extreme weather conditions./liliAssisting clearing and re-setting tables./liliOperate as a member of a team: help others and request help as needed./liliPerform assign side work/liliTransport used linens, China glassware and flatware from the kitchen to designated locations during the meal./liliAdditional related duties as requested by the Front Waiter and/or Manager./liliClear tables and stack scraped dishes in dish area./liliMaintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room floor./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliMust possess basic reading skills./liliAt least 1 years restaurant dining room experience./liliAt least 6 months of gourmet restaurant dining room experience is preferred./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills./liliRequires standing and walking continuously with a tray up to 20lbs throughout the shift./liliMust be able to lift and carry 20lbs./liliMust be able to work in extreme heat during the summer months./liliMust be able to stand for entire shift./liliMust be able to access service area when picking up beverage orders./liliMust be able to converse over the telephone in an environment with loud background noise./liliMust be able to stop, bend and reach./liliMust have the manual dexterity required to write drink orders, prepare drinks and garnishes and beverage orders./liliMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues./liliMust be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers./li/ulpstrongAdditional Requirements/strong/pulliFood Handlers Card/liliAlcohol Awareness/li/ulh3About Us/h3pFor over 30 years weve set the standard now you can too.
