Base + bonus (OTE $145K-$160K+)

What The Position is About:

Manage a team of 12-15 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
Maintain accurate rep schedules and communicate changes promptly
Handle first-level customer escalations and escalate issues that exceed this position’s authority
Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

4-5+ years of sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
Proven success managing a sales team of 5+
Strong understanding and experience with a structured one-call-close sales methodology
Technology proficiency (CRM, MarketSharp, Rilla, etc.)
Experience with high-ticket sales is preferred
