Sales Account Representative (Houston, Texas)

Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for your next challenge? For our office in Houston, Texas, we are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Account Representative to join our international Sales team. Your new day-to-day In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple channels to sell our leasing services, manage inquiries, and drive sales. You will report directly to the Regional Manager North & South America and work closely together with our Operations & Maintenance and Repair representatives in Houston. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identify and engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms. Develop relationships with active customers and prospects to drive sales. Provide timely and accurate quotes for tank container leasing and follow up on proposals. Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth sales process. Secure appointments with prospective customers for the Area Sales Managers. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at lead generation. Research and prospect new clients to expand the company’s customer base. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM. Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition into leasing agreements. Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to facilitate customer requirements. Your profile To be successful in the role of Sales Account Representative, you have the following skills and experiences: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the logistics (chemical industry) or industrial equipment sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. Capable of multi-level selling. Strong command of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of tank container leasing or logistics is a plus. Our offer A professional team that will support and motivate you.
