Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather clients’ histories, strengths, and needs, which guide your development of individualized treatment plans.

• Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on various topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, utilizing evidence-based approaches and interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers (including psychiatrists and social workers) to ensure the holistic support of patients, coordinating care as needed.

• Participate actively in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in the mental health field.

• Contribute innovative ideas that may enhance service delivery, improve program effectiveness, and enrich the overall client experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as families addressing relational dynamics and mental wellness. Your expertise will be vital in promoting their emotional growth and supporting their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license in your state for LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW is mandatory to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards of practice.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to work with a variety of emotional challenges and client demographics.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to quickly build rapport with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred, enhancing your efficiency in managing client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within a telehealth model is highly desirable, as it enables you to seamlessly transition and adapt to our remote work environment. • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 based on your experience and hours worked.
