Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting intake assessments and initial evaluations.

• Build rapport and foster positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, assessing stability and addressing any adjustments in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help clients navigate their mental health journey and empower them to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in providing psychotherapeutic services.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for documentation and client management, including experience with RMS systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We utilize a fee-for-service model, ensuring you receive guaranteed rates—paid ahead of collections, allowing for financial stability.
