Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, treatment goals, and backgrounds.

• Provide individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly evaluating their progress toward specific therapeutic goals.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards and legal requirements associated with client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
