Job Title Customer Service Representative (Financial) - On-Site Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Ensure the appropriateness of social media content. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude. Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of customer service experience required. Preferred experience with financial support, including knowledge of different card types (prepaid, debit, and credit). Demonstrate experience and ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions. Demonstrate experience and ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information. This position supports work performed under a U.S. government contract that requires employees be U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents. Employment will be contingent upon meeting this requirement.
