Office Coordinator
This is a permanent and part-time position located in Rockwall, Texas. It is an in-office role, not remote.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting 21 McDonald's Restaurants (approximately 1,500 employees).
- Data entry.
- Assisting with new hire paperwork.
- Maintaining personnel record filing system.
- Reading and routing incoming mail.
- Maintaining a filing system and filing correspondence and other records, keeping filing current and accurate.
- Answering and screening incoming telephone calls, maintaining a helpful pleasant attitude.
- Working with restaurant employees to handle customer complaints.
- Responding to employees' requests and questions.
- Making copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Managing inventory of office supplies.
- Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Assisting with payroll.
- Assisting with company benefits.
Qualifications include:
- Stable job history.
- Administrative experience.
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills as well as effective organizational skills are a must.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Computer skills including MS Office.
